Yes. Your uploaded files are sent directly to the AI for analysis and are never stored on our servers. AI analysis results are only saved locally in your browser if you choose to save them to History. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

No. HealthLens is an educational tool designed to help you understand your results. It is not a diagnostic service and does not replace the advice of a qualified healthcare professional. Always discuss your results with your GP or specialist for medical decisions.

HealthLens uses Claude, one of the most capable AI models available, trained on vast medical literature. The AI provides high-quality educational interpretations, but it is not infallible and does not have access to your full medical history. Use it as a starting point for understanding, not as a clinical diagnosis.

Credits are used for AI analysis. Each analysis uses 1 credit. You can earn free credits by watching a short ad before your results, or purchase credit bundles once our payment system launches.

HealthLens supports JPEG, PNG, and PDF files for both blood test results and imaging reports. We recommend high-quality photos or scans for best AI accuracy. Maximum file size is around 4MB per upload.

Adverts allow us to offer HealthLens for free. If you accept cookies, you may see relevant ads powered by Google AdSense. You can always decline cookies and still use all core features — you'll just need credits (via the ad gate) to access AI analysis.
